We are winding down our look at Raisin in the Sun today and tomorrow--the final test is Thursday. I suggest that students watch the You Tube links posted on Moodle to refresh their understanding of the play. Today kids worked on Xtranormal movies in the computer lab; they will answer the question, "Who is the most important character in the play?" Movies are due by tomorrow at 3 PM. Although this is an amusing assignment (Xtranormal is so much fun to play around with!) it also reinforces our instruction in argument this year. Xtranormal is free as long as students stay within the allotted Xtranormal points.Tomorrow we'll have a large group discussion after small group breakouts to review for the test. And finally ... Wednesday students will get the PBL for this unit. (And if you'd like to sneak a peek, it's already posted on Moodle here.)
