Over the next few days, students will have time to accomplish quite a bit. Each day they can take some time for reading--the next assignment, Ch. 7-9, is due on Monday 5/16. We're also looking at how the main characters in Lord of the Flies have evolved from the beginning of the novel--I've posted a note-taking template on my Moodle class (and I've gone over it in my classroom) to help them analyze the boys. Students should work on this independently for the next couple days and may share their findings on Friday. Quiz grades for the second reading check are entered. AP Language
So this is the Big Day! Students take the AP Language and Composition test today; those students who remain in class will have time to work in the computer lab on their multi-genre project.
