Changing tides

ELA 11

I believe this is our last full week of school--hard to believe! Students had an in-class write today over Ch. 7-9--how have the boys' changed? The events in Chapters 7-9 are chilling and bound to cause a lot of questions about what happened on the beach--we'll answer those over the next couple days. Students also handed in their Learning Logs for a quick check. Those scores will be entered this week.

AP Language
Today we finished reviewing Silas Marner. I gave each student two pages to analyze for the class--this will ensure they don't have to listen to me for the entire hour! Tomorrow we will be in the computer lab working on the multi-genre project; Wednesday is the final test for Silas Marner.
