ELA 11I began the hour reading Hunger Games because I will not be in school tomorrow. Students will work on their short story study both Thursday and Friday--their work (done in their Learning Logs) will be turned in on Monday. Many kids are finishing up. Remember: short story writing assessment on Monday!

The first of four or five Socratic Seminars for Silas Marner. Students had a lively discussion about social isolation, trust and betrayal, and community.
