Check up

ELA 11

Students had two grade "check ups" today--a vocab quiz and a short story quiz. Look for grades to be entered later this week. I also collected Learning Logs; again, those give you some idea of whether or not your student stays on task during class. Tomorrow we'll start our last novel for the year, Lord of the Flies--a novel with some enduring questions about life and human nature.

AP Language
We had a reading day today, although I talked about the project for the last few minutes. We walked through the calendar a bit and I may end up rearranging the procedure for this last project--I'll get back to the kids by tomorrow with our end-of-year schedule.
