Friday finale

A short post today--students spendta little time working with Fahrenheit 451 in small groups. We're working our way towards the end of the novel. I also encouraged students to ask any questions they might still have about the novel; we'll look over those questions today and the week after next. Next week will be devoted to beginning research (Monday and Friday) and the MME (Tuesday through Thursday). I talked a little about the upcoming testing today--what to expect in the testing room, what to expect from the proctor, etc. My goal is to reassure the kids and encourage them to show what they know.
