Ready to work

Moodle Monday featured some reading for information about the Nobel Prize for Literature, as well as a Lord of the Flies game to review characters, events, and symbols in the novel. This week's quiz was sent via a form to each student's gmail address. Their short answers will be compiled and entered in Powerschool later this week. Students are now reading the last chapters of the novel and will begin working in earnest with their teams on the PBL assessment beginning tomorrow. Sometimes students feel that the end of our anchor text means the end of the work--on the contrary, now the real work of making connections and synthesizing texts begins. December's (!) calendar will be posted on Moodle this week.
